cleverblog.pl is where I publish technical notes, tutorials and lessons from working with software, Linux and self-hosted infrastructure. My day-to-day work is software engineering, primarily around .NET, backend systems and integrations.

I treat this blog more like an engineering notebook than a company newsroom: a place for solutions I have actually tested, problems that genuinely needed solving, and things worth writing down for later.

What I write about

The topics follow what I actually work on:

• .NET and backend — C#, ASP.NET Core, integrations, APIs and practical application problems.
• Linux and self-hosting — administration, networking, services and small servers, including mikr.us.
• Raspberry Pi and automation — Home Assistant, Domoticz, devices and integrations.
• DevOps and tooling — Docker, CI/CD, troubleshooting and workflow automation.
• Applied AI — tools and integrations where they solve an actual engineering problem.

Why this blog exists

The rule is simple: if a solution is useful enough that I may need it again six months from now, it is probably worth documenting. That is why articles usually start with a concrete problem and end with configuration, code or lessons that can be applied in practice.

This blog is the technical publishing side of my work. It shows how I approach engineering problems and gives room for the kind of detail that does not belong on a compact company website.
